You wanna get nuts?

It’s time for a little Michael Keaton appreciation post. From Beetlejuice to Batman, Nightshift to Mr Mom, Birdman to The Vulture, and numerous Doctors, Journalists and other characters in between, Michael Keaton has had one of the longest and most varied careers that any actor could boast. And he’s just one of those few actors, in the vein of Tom Hanks and Keanu Reeves that everyone just seems to love or at least have some mild affection for. Personally, for me it was both Beetlejuice and Batman that did it. To go from playing a super creepy crawly villain to a troubled hero was just such a cool jump. It was perfect. Below are some of my favourite Michael Keaton films, by far not an exhaustive list, but if you’re at a loose end movie wise, try one of these on for size.

Nightshift
Mr Mom
Beetlejuice
Batman
Batman Returns
Multiplicity
Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)
The Founder
Spider-man: Homecoming
