OK so I know we’ve been a bit quiet but a lot has been going on, and we finally have some amazing news! Our first issue line-up is really coming together and it looks like we’re going to be speaking to some awesome people!
First up we have the lost Mighty Boosh interview, which I did with Julian Barrett many years ago for another magazine but it missed the print deadline and so has been languishing on my lap top this whole time looking for a new home – so what better place to share it than here!
Next we have the live, loud and heavy rock and metal photography of John Raptis, founder of Rue Morgue Records, and brilliant indie record label serving you vinyl goodness from Melbourne town.
Speaking of Rock we have Mannequin Death Squad, keeping it loud with the recent release of their first album, currently recording their second album, and with a million other amazing things going on! I don’t know how they do it!
Then there’s Bank Rock 2023, which is an annual skate event held in a ditch at a not-so-secret location every year. We speak to the organisers and find out why this ditch is just so good!
And finally we have some super art goodness from mighty muralist and Everfresh Studio OG – Meggs!
We’re going to print soon so keep your eyes peeled like a potato – we’ll be out before you know it!
